Each corporate video package includes a Spotlight Edit and your choice of 3-Short Highlight Edits or 1-Long Highlight Edit. Keep reading to learn more about the corporate video options and watch samples.
3 Types of Corporate Event Films
1. Spotlight Edit
Raw footage of Ceremony, Awards, Speeches, Panel Discussion that has been edited down to remove duplicate shots and plays in chronological order set to natural audio.
Use: archive an event’s spoken focus in full; ideal for websites, blogs, YouTube and company materials
Editing style: chronological order, traditional editing style
Audio: unedited dialogue, no added music
Length: varies based on coverage hours & on the spoken content that was captured (ex: a party with a toast could be very short vs. a panel discussion could be hours)
Orientation: horizontal or vertical; most clients choose horizontal
Package: included in all corporate packages
Delivery: hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
The Spotlight Edit is a chronological play back of the important spoken moments of your event. All footage shot in these sequences is synced to the natural audio. No other stylistic editing has been applied to this edit. They are not edited in cinematic style like our Highlight Films.

2. Long Highlight Edit
A 2-3 minute cinematic-style recap that’s set to music and showcases key moments and audio of the event.
Use: recap an event in an engaging and entertaining way that gives some deep insight to the focus; ideal for websites, blogs, YouTube, company materials and social media
Editing style: cinematic like a movie, may or may not be chronological
Audio: music and parts of dialogue (can be requested as music only)
Length: 2-3 minutes
Orientation: horizontal or vertical; most clients choose horizontal
Package: included as an option in all corporate packages; can be added on to any package
Delivery: hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
The Long Highlight is a fully-conceptualized cinematic story set to perfectly-matched music that highlights big moments as well as smaller details that reflect the nuances of your event. Each Long Highlight may vary slightly from client to client depending on some factors:
- Event type (gala vs. launch party, etc)
- Different coverage hours
- Music choice being requested vs music picked by our editors to fit the feel of the footage/audio
- Client’s choice of horizontal or vertical orientation
- Each event’s unique style
- Additional footage add-on’s such as multi-event coverage or aerial drone

3. Short Highlight Edit
A :30-:45 second cinematic-style recap that’s set to music and showcases key moments and audio of the event.
Use: recap an event in an engaging and entertaining way that gives some deep insight to the focus; ideal for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or app use
Editing style: cinematic like a movie, may or may not be chronological
Audio: music and parts of dialogue (can be requested as music only)
Length: :30-:45 seconds each
Orientation: horizontal or vertical; most clients choose vertical
Package: included in a set of 3 as an option in all corporate packages; single/multiple Short Highlights can be added on to any package
Delivery: hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
The Short Highlight is a fully-conceptualized cinematic recap set to perfectly-matched music that quickly highlights big moments and smaller details that reflect the nuances of your event. Each Small Highlight may vary slightly from client to client depending on some factors:
- Event type (gala vs. launch party, etc)

- Music choice being requested vs music picked by our editors to fit the feel of the footage/audio
