The Milestone Event Videography Collection is designed to capture and celebrate life’s significant moments, including:

This comprehensive package offers up to 5 consecutive hours of coverage, ensuring that every important detail is documented. You will benefit from the expertise of a certified NST cinematographer, who will use 4K/Ultra HD technology to deliver stunning footage and professional audio recording, providing a high-quality cinematic experience.
Your deliverables include a cinematic Trailer Film, approximately 5 minutes long, that highlights the essence of your event, along with a Documentary Edit for a more in-depth look. The Trailer will capture the key moments in a dynamic and engaging format, while the Documentary Edit offers a comprehensive narrative of the event, preserving its flow and significance.
For sharing and accessing your content, we provide HD digital files of all films and edits, allowing you to download, make copies, and share them with ease. Additionally, the Trailer will be hosted online, making it simple to share and embed via a link. All files will be delivered digitally, ensuring a convenient and efficient way to archive, relive and share your special memories.

Milestone Event Videography: 4 Types of Films
1. Trailer Film
A 5-minute cinematic-style recap that’s set to music and showcases key moments and audio of the event.
Editing style: cinematic like a movie, may or may not be chronological
Audio: music and parts of dialogue (can be requested as music only)
Length: 5 minutes
Orientation: horizontal
Package: included in the Milestone package
Delivery: hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
The Trailer Film is a fully-conceptualized cinematic story set to perfectly-matched music that highlights big moments as well as smaller details that reflect the nuances of your event. Each Trailer may vary slightly from client to client depending on some factors:
- Event type (40th birthday vs. anniversary party, etc)
- Music choice being requested vs music picked by our editors to fit the feel of the footage/audio
- Each event’s unique style or cultural ceremonies
- Additional footage add-on’s such as additional coverage hours or aerial drone
Below are some examples. Note that they may vary due to the event type, length & the clients’ preferences.
2. Documentary Edit
Raw footage that has been edited down to remove duplicate shots and plays in chronological order set to natural audio.
Editing style: chronological order, traditional editing style
Audio: unedited dialogue, no added music
Length: varies based on coverage hours & on the spoken content that was captured (ex: a party with a toast could be very short vs. a cultural ceremony could be an hour)
Orientation: horizontal
Package: included in the Milestone package
Delivery: hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
The Documentary Edit is a chronological play back of the important spoken moments of your event. All footage shot in these sequences is synced to the natural audio. No other stylistic editing has been applied to this edit. It is not edited in cinematic style like your Trailer Film.

3. Social Sneak Peek
A :60 second cinematic-style recap that’s set to music and showcases key moments and audio of the event. Short and sweet and set in vertical orientation, it’s ready to be shared on social media within 2 weeks of your event.
Editing style: cinematic like a movie, may or may not be chronological
Audio: music only
Length: 1 minute
Orientation: vertical for social media sharing
Package: not included in the Milestone package but can be added on for a fee
Delivery: arrives within 2 weeks of your event. Hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
The Social Sneak Peek is a fully-conceptualized cinematic recap set to perfectly-matched music that quickly highlights big moments and smaller details that reflect the nuances of your event. Each Social Sneak Peek may vary slightly from client to client depending on some factors:
- Event type (Mitzvah vs. baby shower, etc)
- Music choice being requested vs. music picked by our editors to fit the feel of the footage/audio
- Each event’s unique style or cultural ceremonies
- Clients’ requested focus for the edit
- Additional footage add-on’s such as additional coverage hours or aerial drone

4. Feature Film
A 15, 25 or 35-minute cinematic film that’s set to music and includes extensive audio from the event.
Editing style: may or may not be chronological; cinematic like a movie
Audio: music and parts of dialogue
Length: available in 15, 25, or 35-minute lengths
Package: not included in the Milestone package but can be added on for a fee
Delivery: Hosted online with a downloadable/shareable digital link
Our Feature Films are similar in style to our Trailer Films, but they are a longer, cinematic and more detailed film of your day set to a score of music developed by our editors and overseen by our music supervisor. Feature Films go beyond the highlights and include extensive audio from the event, like toasts and singing, along with more supporting details. Like our Trailer Films, each Feature Film may vary slightly from client to client depending on some factors:
- Event type (Christening vs. 40th Birthday etc)
- Different lengths (you can choose from a 15, 25, or 35-minute Feature Film)
- Music choice being requested vs. music picked by our editors to fit the feel of the footage/audio
- Each event’s unique style or cultural ceremonies
- Clients’ requested focus for the edit
- Additional footage add-on’s such as additional coverage hours or aerial drone
