Step 2: Find a pink “Chat Now” button hovering towards the bottom right corner of the screen. If it’s there, do a little happy dance because someone’s waiting to help you with all of your questions! Proceed to Step 3.

However, if that “Chat Now” button is nowhere to be found, it unfortunately means we’re currently offline, and we invite you to please check back later 

Step 3: After clicking on the “Chat Now” button, you should see this screenshot below, where you can fill out your wedding details so that our wedding consultants can better assist you!

Step 4: Scroll all the way down and you’ll see a “Submit” button. Go ahead and press that!

Step 5: A new messaging window will pop up. Get ready to chat with us!
