A Rainbow Room Wedding: An Iconic Timeless Affair
We can’t resist celebrations that are decorated not only to look grand, but also to truly represent the union of two people in the presence of their loved ones. Calvin and Sarah tied the knot in the beautiful city of New York on a sunny day and exchanged their wedding vows at the picturesque Brick Presbyterian Church, before celebrating their union with a Rainbow Room wedding in Rockefeller Center. Such a perfect match!
Lovebirds Sarah and Calvin got ready separately at the beautiful Lotte NY Palace hotel and shared their private first look in the stunningly beautiful courtyard of the hotel.
Calvin and Sarah had met through a mutual friend… Imagine our delight when we first saw Calvin in his dashing suit and Sarah’s jaw-dropping wedding gown that was hand-beaded with appliqué flowers made by Amsale. Truly a show-stopper!
The place is iconic and was even made more beautiful with tall and low centerpieces that had a hint of fresh white, gold and green, all made by Designs by Ahn! Topping off these glamorous decorations that stuck to organic ivory and green were personalized details based on Calvin and Sarah’s love for golf in the form of table numbers each named after a “tee” on the golf course!
Every wedding element was crafted with so much attention to detail to represent Sarah and Calvin as a couple and if you’ve always dreamed of having a 5 tiered wedding cake, the couple’s floral-inspired cake from Madison Lee Cakes will quickly steal your heart!
The iconic Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center made it feel even more special and exclusive with access to a private rooftop terrace for the wedding portraits with the beautiful cityscape of New York – including the iconic Empire State Building – as the backdrop!
