How did you make your way to working at NST Pictures?
I’ve been in love with creative filmmaking since the 6th grade, which brought me to NYC for film school in 2011. Afterward, I was looking for something in the industry and wound up at NST.
Why did you choose the wedding industry?
I loved watching wedding shows on TV and wanted to see what behind-the-scenes was like in creating their special wedding video.
What do you like about working at NST Pictures?
I love collaborating with different creatives on a daily basis. Every wedding is different and I’m so happy we can cater to people from all different walks of life!
What is your favorite part of your job as NST’s Production Coordinator?
Communicating with our wedding cinematographers one-on-one is great. We have a fantastic connection and all of our team members are very in sync with NST’s creative vision. We work together to cover all of our bases to prevent unforeseen hiccups.
You’ve coordinated hundreds of weddings (literally!) so what wedding videography advice do you have for couples?
Allow video coverage during photo session–it’ll add more to your wedding film! Know your schedule as well. Weddings are complicated but not if you have timing for everything!
