How did you make your way to working at NST Pictures?
When I found NST Pictures, I knew I wanted to work here because I could tell that they were committed to creating an amazing experience for their clients but also a great work environment for their team. It’s truly a family environment where everybody is there for each other. I am so thankful and happy to be a part of this team.
Why did you choose the wedding industry?
Organizing events is something I’ve loved since my high school years. My fascination with it really took off when I started planning my own wedding.
What do you like about working at NST Pictures?
I love the support, ideas, knowledge that I’ve gained from the team and the experience of helping clients coordinate their day.
What is your favorite part of your job as NST’s Wedding Coordinator?
I can’t pick just one! The first is building relationships with our couples, wedding planners and other vendors. The second is hearing the awesome feedback from our clients when we help them and being able to put a smile on their faces!
You’ve seen hundreds of wedding films (literally!) so what wedding videography advice do you have for couples?
Keep your videographer informed! Before the wedding, provide as much detailed and accurate information as you can in reference to the day’s itinerary and schedule, including any surprises for the guests, groom and/or bride. Surprise moments may last for a split second but they cannot be repeated, so it is imperative to flag the videographer ahead of time during consultation, the day before it occurs and on the day itself.
Outside of NST, what artistic passions do you pursue?
I love cooking. I like to explore new recipes and learn new cooking techniques.
You’re more than just a wedding expert though, so to get to know you better, tell us about your ideal day off of work!
My ideal day off is as simple but meaningful as relaxing at home with our dogs and cats, watching movies, shopping or dining with friends/family.
